Learning More About BASC

Do you know what happens to the kids whose parents don't pick them up by 3:15? Well, I do! Do you want to know how the teachers at BASC control such loud and rowdy kids? If these things interest you, please read more about BASC.

BASC is a Before and After School Care program for kids whose parents are still at work. It happens on all weekdays, but not during the weekend. It happens in the cafeteria at Renton Christian School, soon to be Redeemer Christian School. It runs from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm.

Here are some of the activities we do at BASC. On Monday and Wednesday, we go to the bark playground. On Tuesday and Thursday, we go to the flagpole. We do movie day on Friday with popcorn. Instead of going outside, we watch a movie!

I got to interview Ms. Kaeli. She is very nice. One of the questions I asked her was if she had any quotes, and this is what she said, "BASC is the best place ever, right Marco?" Marco is one of the kids who goes to BASC. He responded yes.
